Earlier I talked about the resemblances between United States and India. Here are a few more.
Both of our leaders lie. They both woo their supporters by giving wrong statistics about each and everything. Be it employment figures or GDP, military exercises or defense budget or even nationalism. Both leaders and their chamchas show equally how much they love their country.
More over, Indians have grown the worst habit throughout the years. Growing poison and hatred about anyone. Each time any body speaks about any dark patches over our society, people horribly turn violent towards them. They don't even see who they are, they spew venom instantly against any body, actors, writers or a good citizen. No one can escape their fiery dragon like gestures.
I just want to tell them that United States have a clause in their constitution which I think should have been included to ours too and that is impeachment of the leader. Bill Clinton was not impeached because of his affair with his secretary but because he lied about it. But that country thankfully uses their tools and their constitution effectively for anyone irrespective of their heirarchy but we do not.
People too use social media there but they discuss issues rather than ranting against one another. Here we criticize Pakistan on daily basis but in regards to cultivating hatred, our brothers or sisters are much ahead of Pakistan.
Poll campaign and promises are not new for they lied since the beginning but what surprises me is that we are so tolerant about our leaders that our patience has been taken for granted. Everyone of us knows what happened in Kashmir after our ruling party got entry there or the longtime insurgencies in North Eastern states.
I write against these issues because I feel these are also kind of corruptions. When our leaders keep shouting against kabristan and crematorium and talk about better days to come, I laugh at them silently. Because there are many people like me who have now come to know the difference between milk and water and I hope they will effectively put their commonsense in choosing their neta.
If divide and rule is the policy what the British applied on us for 200 years, why do we call ourselves democratic free India? Better rename ourselves as a Country of Modern Day Slaves as those white faces have just been replaced by desis who believe that their institution of faith and culture will take us to new horizons! Bulls***. I think better days can come if only we work towards it. It's not by brain drain nor by loving that country but a reverse of all those.
Sometimes, I truly feel that there is an urgent necessity of some kind of revolution that will pump out all the poison that our netas and their chamchas use on camera and their supporters who call themselves "desh bhakt". One minister says "say anything you like against the govt. but don't abuse our country". I know we all know him but it's hilarious to see their self-contradictory versions when it comes to the ruling party itself or their sister organizations.
Equally condemnable is the state party leader and his men. It means everyone is a Ravan in India. But remember, Ravan was not defeated because he was a dictator kind ruler but because he defamed Sita. It means whenever there is any country where people like to disrespect their women folks in any means, the result is defeat.
History is a boring subject but definitely the best one for teaching us the right lesson and the right direction. Or else we can keep paying federal taxes, polishing and tying netas' shoes, keep spitting venom towards neighbors or asking anyone to go to Pakistan, bragging about our misdeeds or begging from the imperialists, choices are numerous.
