National Anthem

Supreme Court in its recent judgment says that there would be a national anthem session before every movie and people will need to rise (and sing) of course.I am just eager to know whether it's applicable in case of films that are certified Adult as children would be enthusiastic about praising national anthem but will the adults too,that's too before an "A" movie?Well it's good if it's but better if this verdict is a little more clarified.As NOT to where,when or why but as to WHY NOT in places where people gather to make laws and for those who not only just implement something for others but also don't bother to command themselves before media or public eye.And secondly will it improve our moral dignity towards our country precisely paying taxes and not indulging in corruption?We shall be equally eager to see a real clean and green India,not just in imaginery work but with our mortal eyes.Because our national anthem is a really tough one if we value its words with an emotional touch.

वक़्त

हम सब का इस धरती पर अपना अपना समय निश्चित है।हम चाहे भी तो भी उससे न तो कम का जी सकते है न ज्यादा का।अगर ऐसा हो सकता था तो जो लोग मरने की कोशिश करके नाकाम होते है या जो ज्यादा जीने की कोशिश में,उनके साथ उनका मनचाहा सब कुछ होता।मगर इन सब से भी ज्यादा महात्यपूर्ण यह है कि ज़िंदा रहते हुए हम सब जो भी करते है,उसीका फल हमको मिलता रहता है आखड़ी समय तक।जब किसी के साथ बुरा होता है तो लोग कहते है बुरा वक़्त था।किसी के साथ अच्छा हो रहा है तो हम सब कहते है उसका वक़्त अच्छा है।दरअसल हम बार बार झूठ बोलके उस सच्चाई पर पर्दा डालते रहते है कि वक़्त सभी का एक बराबर,फर्क है तो सिर्फ हमारी कर्मों का।सुबह सुबह यह उपदेश!Oh No।उपदेश नहीं है यह,सच्चाई है।वल्कि मैं तो कहती हूँ यह अपना daily का अनुभव है।हम लोग सब दर्शन को जाते है।मंदिर,मस्ज़िद,गिर्जा घरों में।भगवान ढूंढने।जो वहां नहीं वल्कि यहाँ है उसे वहां ढूंढने जाना मतलब वक़्त बर्वाद।सुबह उठके किसी को दो चार गाली देना,बिना कारन के झूठ बोलना,दूसरों से उसका हक़ छीनना,यह सब हम लोगों की परंपरा है।इन्ही के चलते हम अपनी ज़िन्दगी बड़ी धमाके के साथ जीते है।केवल यह सोच कर की ये जो कुछ भी हम कर रहे है इसका ख़बर किसी को नहीं है।कुछ नहीं तो थोड़ा मंदिर चले जाते है।या गंगा में स्नान कर लेने से भी अपनी पापों से छुटकारा मिल ही जायेगी।मगर अफ़सोस!न तो गलत कामों का असर गंगा नहाने से जाता है और न पूजा पाठ से।क्यों की भगवान वहां नहीं,हम सब के अंदर होते है।मगर जब भी हमारे अंदर शैतान घर बनाने लगते है तो भगवान कहीं और छुप जाते है।और फिर वही शैतान हमको अकेला पा कर हमसे सारे गलत काम करवाते है।उसमें से जो जागरूक होते है वो तुरंत उस गलत संगत से मुक्ति पा लेते है।मगर ज्यादातर लोग भ्रम में जीते है।वो एक ऐसा भ्रम जिसका सारा श्रेय अपनी अंदर बैठे अहंकार को जाता है।और देखते ही देखते हमारा मंज़िल तय कर लेता है।कुछ लोग तो इस हद्द तक अँधेरे में जीते है कि उन्हें अपना अंत का कारन भी कोई और ही लगता है।क्यों की उन्हें इस बात का कत्तई पता नहीं की उनसे भी गलतियां हो सकती है।ऐसा पढ़ने लिखने का क्या फ़ायदा जो हमे सच्चे ज्ञान से परिचित न करा सके।

यूँ तो संसार बड़ी विचित्र जगह है।यहाँ हम जो भी करते है,मिलता सिर्फ दुख ही है।क्यों की जो कोई दूसरों के लिए अच्छा काम करे उसको तो दुख ही मिले और जो गलत करे उसका क्या कहना।मगर वास्तव में अगर हम चाहे तो अपनी वक़्त को अपनी मुट्ठी में कर सकते है।इन दिनों कुछ बड़े लोगों के बारे में पढ़ते समय यही महसूस हुआ की काश,इतना सब कुछ दुनिया की बाकि लोगों को पता होता।उनके अपनी जीवन को संचालन करने का उपाय पता होता तो आधी दुनिया की समस्या यूँ ही ख़त्म।मगर ऐसा नहीं है।और क्यों नहीं है?क्यों की हम जानना नहीं चाहते,पढ़ना नहीं चाहते,सुनना नहीं चाहते बस सिर्फ सुनाना चाहते है।दूसरों की भविष्य के बारे में हम में से किसी को कोई हक़ नहीं बनता मगर अपना भविष्य तो अपने ही हाथ में है।उसको क्यों नहीं सुधर सकते हम?क्यों यह सोचना चाहते है जो है ही नहीं।क्यों यह जताने में लगे रहते है जिसको प्रमाणित नहीं कर सकते।हम सबका एक आखड़ी पल लिखा है।वो कब किसके लिए किस वक़्त आएगा पता नहीं।मगर हम सब उस वक़्त तक यह नहीं जान पाएंगे कि हम कहाँ सही और गलत है।सही और गलत का फ़ैसला ऊपरवाले के हाथ में है,सही है।मगर उस फ़ैसले को अपनी हक़ में बदलना सितारों का काम नहीं।यह अफ़सोस की बात है कि कुछ लोग इसको पढ़ने के बाद भी वही सोचते होंगे जो पहले सोच रहे थे।मगर जो इस को पढ़के समझ सकते है उनके लिए मेरी एक ही सलाह है,अपना वक़्त जो की कीमती है,उसे उपन्यास नहीं,बड़े लोगों की ज़िन्दगी के बारे में पढ़के,उनसे सीखो।क्या पता,आपके कर्मों से किसी दिन आप आनेवाली पीढ़ियों को कुछ दे कर जाओ।वक़्त बहुत ही कीमती है।शायद black money से कुछ ज्यादा ही,ऐसा मेरा मानना है।तो अभी से बिना कुछ सोचे पढ़ने लग जाओ।उन लोगों से सीखो जो अपनी ज़िन्दगी से,अपनी अनुभवों से और अपनी कर्मों से माने जाते है,दुनिया भर में पहचाने जाते है।वरना,वक़्त का क्या भरोसा,पता नहीं,कब ख़त्म हो जाये।इससे पहले की वो ख़त्म हो,जल्दी से exchange कर लो।और यह exchange rate एक दम 100% शुद्ध है।क्यों की असली ज्ञान में कोई मिलावट नहीं होता।मेरी बात पर यकीन न आये,खुद आज़मा कर देख लो।ज़िन्दगी सुधर जाएगी।

US Elects President,World Waits Anxiously

Trump and his children as well as his supporters are already hyper if he wins but I'm thinking the other way.If he doesn't win,he will probably take drastic decision about his opponent's win.As per his statements in the last debate,he thinks if it goes against him then it's rigged.What an irony of democracy of a country that overpowers million others.A person who has never thought of anything else than himself,then whatever he said in favour of the Americans are nothing but lies.As dollar price is already down if he wins,think what will happen if that worst thing really happens.I have crossed my fingers as nothing else could prove save Hillary at this hour than prayers.

बचपन की कहानियां

किताबों की दुनिया में पैदा होकर हम सब भाग्यशाली हुए क्यों की बचपन में पंचतंत्र और एसोप की कहानियां हम सब ने पढ़ी और सुनी हुई है।ये कहानियां लिखी तो गयी थी बच्चों के लिए मगर इससे सीख हम बड़े भी ले सकते है चाहे हम ने अपना बचपन कितने ही पीछे छोड़ा हो।हर एक कहानी के अखिड़ में एक नीति लिखा होता था।सच में वो सारी कहानियां और उनके नैतिकता आज भी मेरे दिल में बैठे हुए है।कहने को तो वो बच्चों के लिए था मगर आज हम सब जिस दौर से गुज़र रहे है,लगता है हम सबको वो सारी कहानियां दोबारा पढ़नी चाहिए।सीखनी चाहिए उनके पीछे लिखी हुई वो नीति दोबारा ता की हम दूसरों को नहीं,वल्कि अपने आप को सीखा सके,के उन सब किरदारों का हम पर प्रभाव कितना बड़ा है।

हम में से बहुत लोग सोचते है वो सब कहानियां सिर्फ बच्चों का दिल बहलाने के लिए लिखी गयी थी और क्यों की अब हम बड़े हो गए इसलिए अपने आप को बड़ा समझदार मान कर उन कहानियों को भुला देते है।बड़े तो हम ज़रूर हुए है मगर बड़े होने का सूझ बूझ अभी आना बाकी है।सबसे अहम तो ये है कि अगर हम अपनी बच्चों को सिखाये तो क्या सिखाएंगे?इसलिए जरूरी है कि हम उन कहानियों को फिर से पड़े और उनसे सीखे नैतिकता किसे कहते है।

प्राचीन काल में रामायण और महाभारत लिखी गयी थी।सच में इतने बड़े महा काव्य लिखने का काम किसी आम लोगों की बस में नहीं था।इसलिए उन्हें आज भी पढ़ा और समझा जाता है।कुछ लोग मूवी देखना पसंद करते है और उनमें से ज्यादातर लोग उन मूवी से सिर्फ गलत चीजें सीख कर आते है।बच्चों के लिए भी ऐसे मूवी आते है जिन्हें वो बड़े धीरज और लगन से देखते है।उनमें से कितने बच्चे सही सीखते है और कितने गलत इस बात का अंदाज़ा मुझे नहीं है।मगर गली महल्ले से गुज़रते समय यह अनुमान लगा सकती हूँ की सच में हम सब की शिक्षा अभी अधूरी है।

बचपन में जिन लोगों को अच्छी शिक्षा और संस्कार मिले है अगर हम उन में से चंद लोगों से भी मिलेंगे तो हमे इस बात का एहसास हो जायेगा।मगर आजकल के ज़माने में जहाँ बड़े ही नहीं सीख सके तो हम छोटो से क्या उम्मीद रख सकते है।मैं आज भी उन कहानियों को पढ़ती हूँ।बस एक राजा रानी को छोड़ के बाकी अन्य सारे जिस में भी नैतिकता की बातें सिखाये जाते है उनको पढ़ने के बाद ऐसा लगता है कि संसार कितनी अजीब जगह है।इस भंवर में जिंदा रहने का और इससे बचने का तरीक़ा हमे बचपन में ही सिखाया गया था।फिर भी हम उन अहम् बातों को सीख कर उसे अपनी जीवन शैली में इस्तेमाल नहीं कर पाए।मैं हर रोज़ पढ़ती हूँ,आप लोग भी पढ़िए।आप को पता लग जायेगा कौन सी कहानी से क्या नीति बाहर आया और हमारी जीवन में वो सब कहाँ असर कर सकता है।

कुपोषण और इसका शिकार

ज्यादातर लोग कुपोषण अर्थात malnutrition के साथ बच्चों की शारीरिक स्वस्थता के बारे में जानते है और बात करते है।इस कुपोषण का गरीबी से बहुत गहरा ताल्लुक है।मगर कुछ लोग किसी और तरीके से कुपोषित होते है और इसका सीधा ताल्लुक़ात पैसेवाले या नि की अमीरी से है।और इसका शिकार सिर्फ बच्चे ही नहीं बड़े भी है और बहुत भारी मात्रा में।

मैं बात कर रही हूँ एक बहुत ही संजीदा और संवेदनशील विषय के बारे में जिसका सीधा असर उन लोगों पर पड़ता है जो अकेलेपन से गुज़रते है।और इसका नाम है पोर्न (porn)।कुछ लोग इन्हें सिर्फ अपनी computer screen पर देखते है किसी audio और video के ज़रिये।और क्यों की आजकल social media में ऐसे लोग छाये रहते है जिनमे से कुछ का काम होता है लोगों को पकड़ना और बाकियों का काम देखना और उसको निजी जीवन में practise करना।

ज्यादातर घरों में स्त्री और पुरुष दोनों ही ऐसे कुपोषण का शिकार होते रहे और इस तरह घर और परिवार टूट कर बिखड़ते रहते है।हम लोग कहने को तो 18 साल के उम्र में क़ानूनी तौर पे adult होते है मगर adult होने के साथ साथ जो ज़िम्मेदारियां हमे लेनी चाहिए वो नहीं ले पाते।ज़िम्मेदारी मतलब अपनी खुद की।क्यों की सिर्फ ऊंचाई से बढ़ते रहने को ही बड़ा होना नहीं कहते।साथ साथ हमे अपने ऊपर पढ़ने वाली सारी कुप्रभाव को भी अपने आपसे दूर भगाते रहना है।

कानून हमे नैतिक अधिकार देती है मगर उसके साथ कुछ नैतिक ज़िम्मेदारी भी हम पर आती है और उनमें से सबसे अधिक ज़रूरी है हमे अपने आपको मजबूत बनाना।जिस तरह बीमारी से बचने के लिए हम टिकें लगवाते है ठीक उसी तरह इस कुपोषण से बचने का तरीका भी हमे आना चाहिए।आज समाज में चारों तरफ अन्याय और अविचार देखने को मिलते है।जो लोग अच्छे पढ़ लिख कर समाज में अच्छा काम करते है उन्ही की तरह बाकि लोग भी अपनी अपनी हैसियत से कुछ अच्छा करने की हिम्मत रखते है।

ऐसे लोगों को राह भटकने से रोकने के लिए बहुत सारे प्रवंधन की ज़रूरत है।सरकार अपनी तरीके से इन्हें रोज़गार देने की कोशिश कर रहे है,जगह जगह पर vocational courses की भी सुचना दी जाती है।अगर ऐसे में लोगों को सही रास्ते पर लाया जाये तो हमारे प्रधान मंत्री का सपना भी साकार हो सकता है।बीमारी फ़ैलाने वाले कीटाणु तो हमेशा ही कोशिश करते रहेंगे की उनका business फ़ैल जाये मगर उन्हें रोकने के लिए टिंके तो हम ज़रूर लगवा सकते है न!"माना कि अँधेरा घना है मगर दिये जलाना कहाँ मना है?"(श्री नरेंद्र मोदी)

Women and Global Challenges

The fact that women are the root cause of all civilization,be it good or evil is accepted.After many decades of veil or suppression,lack of education and proper facilities,a few hundred thousand came out through their own efforts while more than those are still lying in the rut.It's not because that they can't but it is more due to the other part of society that is men,who never wanted the fairer sex to come out and manage themselves,I mean,without them.In a country that had such a diplomatic woman prime minister,such an wastage of women force is truly disgusting.I have often met women from different strata who are bearing the forbearance due to their male chauvinistic "owners".According to me,being powerful means helping and guiding those people who are lagging behind but our patriarchs have always taken the opportunities to sway their women with other activities like kitchen,bedroom and making babies.Though that's the primary part yet there are lot of women who have actually turned out much more than just managing these trivial issues.That what our grand mothers and mothers have been through,should not be a trend for us or our next generation.

Today I find a lot of modern educated men who not only participate in household job but balance themselves suitably.In fact,a study conducted by some international organization has shown that men of western countries are much more involved in their family that includes household tasks than our Indian counterpart.Indian men were at the lowest in this regard among other countries.Why it is so?Why they are so demotivated when it comes to giving a hand to their women?It's neither lack of strength nor will power to do so,but deliberate dodging away of responsibilities due to a thinking that they are superior to their women.They are husbands,masters of those creature called wives and it's only their job.On the contrary,a house where both had an equal income or professional ability,the status of the house and children are humorously different.I heard a 3 year old talking to her apparently 15 year old looking maid in a tone similar to her mother.

Women who have not given chance to education or married off early are strategically in more backward condition than those who had an access to education.An old tradition that if educated,women won't accept the impositions and restrictive norms sought by men,has been applied and those in poorly connected areas bear the brunt.I must ask those men about who taught them the theory of superiority when some of them don't even know or follow the basic guidelines of a happy life.Who gave them the idea of happiness in terms of materialistic gain?Or even better,who advised them to remain as an immature "baby" while acting as masters to their women?But as it's said that when we educate a woman,we educate a generation won't go wrong if we look into those house where rural women who had gone to school sometimes in their early life have given voice to their own girl child for being educated.It's an accepted norm in our society which is largely dependent upon primitive thoughts that a woman can be wrong but a man can never be.In fact,I have a casual reward for those chauvinistic writers on my behalf.Our leaders openly describe incidences like crime and violence against women are "small issues".Misogyny is not bought over,it's a carefully implemented and manifested action that is even accepted as heroism.It's not untrue that women are vulnerable,so also are children.While a larger part of girl children aged a few months to women even aged 90,are reported to be victim of sexual violence where the offender is a man of any age,between 17 and 77,have we ever heard of any incidence that involves a 77 year old woman molested or raped a boy or a man?Indian cinema has represented it's women sexuality in such a way that even aged people seem to enjoy those scenes in privacy.It's a shame.Nudity is not and cannot be the way of liberalism and it's the naked truth,whether we accept it or not.

Ours is a hopeless society because we are not deaf by our ears but we are deaf in our heart,mute in our mind and having lazy mouth.It's not always about raging war against men,it's about working together to free our society from such menace.Most men think women should not raise voices against those horrifying matters as they need to take care of themselves under a safe roof.True,but what about the altruism?Again,how many women are there who don't even have to go out to buy milk or vegetable for their daily needs or even attend their kids' school meetings.Yes,I have seen such women who still cover their faces with their sari and never go to market places without their husbands.Then,they have male children who don't even regard their mothers with some importance.This total system of forgery are due to our incapability.I am not saying that it's only a manly responsibility to give their women a proper place,it's also women's responsibility to seek their place.Our grand mothers and mothers taught us about patience but it's also true that if we would love to pamper ourselves with injustice and cater ourselves as mere entertainers,there's absolutely no one who can help them.Sometimes,I even asked those women about why they are still in darkness but their answers were so poor and unjustified that I don't even bother to discuss it.But what I perceived is that they feel like they are in a cool nest and they are not going to be put under any difficulty if they continue what they are doing.They may be true as it has been their religion,though I found that disaster may strike on them on any day and they won't find a way out of their misery if,god forbids.

There are now many village panchayat heads who are women.Surely it's their ability to compete in that ruffians' world that made them hero.In Uttarakhand,there are many villages whose total survival depends on their women.They not only take care of their daily duties,they even do farming including plowing and harvest.There are certain villages which are bordering jungles where women are attacked by wild animals like bear and leopard and even men who know that they are alone.Most of these women keep an weapon for self defense as they know danger can strike anywhere at anytime.Most of the men of such houses have gone to Indian Army as they don't have alternate career choices.Some of them have even died during India Pakistan cross-firings.But their women have not lost their morale and instead doing their best to cover up all manly jobs as added responsibilities.I always salute those women soldiers who despite being deprived of basic education,are doing tremendous jobs just to call it fulfilling their duties.Sometimes,they are being lured by evil men for neon lights and fanciful life in big cities where they end up living in dead bodies.Women living near urban units have choices in education or career but that of mountain villages,as in Uttarakhand,Himachal Pradesh and even Jammu & Kashmir,don't.They are just paying the price of being born in such rugged terrains.Still,whenever I met them,I have always found a self-contentment in them.I have never found so happy faces in such dire environment.It's like god has made them so tough and enthusiastic for meeting such a life.

All these challenges that women face are global issues now as we hear about their plight from warring countries or those facing economic crisis.Political powers of all those countries are not in favor of removing crisis from their people's lives,as some one justly said,we don't need power to do good to others.Still there were great leaders who not only faced difficult situations but also maintained a balance in the lives of their citizens narrowing down their priorities.While those countrymen gave immense respect and a general sense of security in their hands,those leaders earned reputation in international history due to their utter statesmanship.A logical explanation to all such queries lie in the effectiveness of its inclusion in the minds of general people.It's not the question of he or she.A normal civilized society of a developed world are much more reasonable as they believe in over all progressive thoughts.A country progresses faster where its women progress.That's the clue. 

Good Parenting

Parenting is an exhilarating experience as some historian says that we learn to really worry about some body more than us when we have our own children.Everyone has got a childhood of their own.Some people had it fabulous where others had average ones.But it's certainly those children who have suffered most due to disturbed environment.Still if some how they managed to be taken care of by any of the parents or even elderly,they escaped unhurt.All those little experiences that we remember through adulthood have engraved certain features in us.Some children who have been bullied by others in their childhood grow as violent natured while those remain discriminated become silent throughout their rise and fall.It is the utmost responsibility of parents to see if there's anything wrong happening with their children.

Some children bear certain responsibility of their home,so they grow up being more matured and accountable in some respect while some other simply never grow or mature in their mind.Most parents think they know better for their children as to which colour or what they wear,what should be their career options,which subjects they should choose etc.I am sure that no one thinks of a child better than their own parents.But at the same time,it's equally important to talk to them,to know what they would like to pursue or simply their areas of interest.We are never too old to learn something new and yes,we may have new ideas too about their choices or we may grow our interest into their in stead of resisting them.

I remember one of my friend,she wanted to go to journalism,she wanted to pursue MA English and then to become a journalist.But her father pushed her to study science but as she couldn't like mathematics,she had to choose between other sciences like Biology.I am not saying that it was a wrong subject but everyone is uniquely designed for his/her choice of studies.As parents,our job is to secure their future,not to oppose them.There was another friend who loved classical dance and she wanted to learn it.However her mother convinced her that singing is better and they sent her to some music school.She never prove herself as a good singer and soon she dropped out from there.

Parenthood teaches us how to become careful,patient and unconditional with our children.It also teaches us to learn before teaching them.As children tend to copy their parents,it is essential for the parents to avoid being a wrong role model.In India,our traffic rule is minimum of 18 years to get a license but I have observed a countless number of children below that age driving two as well as four wheelers.It is risky because they don't even follow safety measures.But it's not their mistake as it's the mistake of their parents who broke law in the name of love towards their children.

My view is love your children,unconditionally,the most ideal way it can be,without pressurizing them to follow what they are not interested.Let them grow on their own while like a good gardener keep an watch on them continuously.Never let them feel low,never compromise with their wrong doing.They have come through you,so protect them.But don't nail them down if they cannot do exactly what you expected.There are a lot of ways of learning.You can learn from your own parents too,from their way of handling,correct those that went wrong through a better method of yours,apply reasons wherever applicable.But the net result would be absolutely in your hand.Because it's always the process that matters.If the process is right,the product cannot go wrong.

India Where Martyrdom Is No Big Deal

Eminent leaders of the past say if you have enemies,you must have stood for a good cause and when you stand for a noble cause,stand till that cause is achieved.The former was by Churchill and the latter by Swamiji.Both proved their statements by the sheer influence they applied on people for the changes.Pre independence our country saw valiant soldiers who went for gallows defying the Englishmen and their imposed bans.Post independence too,we saw lot of troubles when our leaders tried to invade the land of insurgencies and muster their courage to lead those people to possible safety.But our current scenario is a bit different where we have more talkative leaders who are actually labeling themselves none other than deceitful.

One huge terror incident in United States that caused more than a thousand lives pushed their President to hunt down the master mind in its own den and that certainly doesn't take place by mere talking.The one and only chance that propels a people's man to save millions of lives of his mothers,brothers or sisters as he claims is to come up with a concealed strategy,getting the media out of it,because the intelligence of terror organizations are much more advanced than they are thought.It is not flaunting styles with our expensive cars or designer dresses that matter nor flying with a 747 with a mobile office on it.The country we are so closely competing with is much more advanced both internally and externally.

During years of cinema which actually has more social awareness campaigns on its side than Facebook or Twitter,it was depicted how individuals with their mere greed for money or even industrialists who have many hidden agendas have manipulated through India's security system that ended up with loss of lives of soldiers and civilians.And that vicious circle is still working as we saw Mumbai,Pathankot and Uri like attacks.Despite getting warnings by our intelligence bureau,how come we lose so many precious lives that may not have so much importance to the government but definitely for their own families.There're some ill equipped machineries or lack of ideals that lead to such disasters.During post independence years,innumerable families have lost their son,father or husband in proxy wars and those people have never been given any special assistance by our government to recover from their losses.Each time,any thing happens in our country we forget them quickly and try to adjust with the situation.This fact doesn't get straight into many minds as mine.

As Nelson Mandela said,A good head and a good heart are a formidable combination and given a literate tongue with it,makes them invincible.I know people have their own power and they are not just adequately guided but if they want,they can give voice to those who have lost their near and dear ones in something that certainly cannot be called justice.Though they are mentioned in news,views or analysis but that's another way of profit making by news channel owners who are definitely not always working for the cause.Because if we don't fight for those who fight for us then we are regarded as bunch of unfaithfuls.And that a choice military coup may come upon us so soon when we won't even have enough time to convince them of our solidarity.

Jamuriyat,Insaniyat and Kashmiriyat

These are the three most emphasized words that have been spoken in the recent time by different political leaders during their speech which came on various media.

Jamuriyat means democracy as it is described and has become a matter of much discourse as clarification is required regarding its approach.India is a democracy and we have got lot of Trump like leaders,there's no doubt about it.But it hurts when a group of goons kills those scholars who voiced against misused democratic theories yet justifying them against our societal norms.This nullifies absolutely against democratic thought.It's very true when separatists like to divide their land,it cannot be appreciated.But if our humble beginnings started a little earlier to bring back peace in the land of Kashmiris,many of us along with the valley residents would have rejoiced.A lot of lives could have been saved.

When we talk about Insaniyat in the pretext of violence stricken Kashmir,we forgot about many aspects of its influence.As people from various sectors and corners of our country have raised their concerns about the people of Kashmir,some silently watch them,perhaps thinking about taking them on to a street for lending their support.When an "Insaan" walks out of Insaniyat,is there anything left to analyze this word?Again if "Niyat" fails,is there any human left in Humanity? Isn't it a hypocrisy by calling such people seditious who actually speak and believe in mankind?

Kashmir is within Indian territory and it will remain no matter what.My personal visits told me that the youth don't have a future there,they have no career choices other than selling local products or running hotel and boat business.Schools and colleges remain shut during the rattled periods which have happened more frequently than anywhere.Actually there was not much improvement in 30 years of time between my first and second visits.They shy away while talking about their condition and show despair because nothing has been done so far nor will be.Even our defence forces people might be feeling very tired by handling some overwhelmed population for such a long time.

Now it's time to show some true miracle for them.I know our Prime Minister is very caring while speaking at public while his true statesmanship outshines many of our former leaders.But will he seriously deliver his promises!No,I am not asking about "15 Lakhs".I am just interested to know if he has much care about his valley people,will he be able to give them a proper life,particularly the children and the young and frustrated new generation.Because today's child is tomorrow's nation and there should be no discrimination about where do they come from.Affluent people can afford sending their children to other parts of the country.Question is about average ones,who have nothing to do,as they become target of some misleading characters and are lost in transition.

Mob Justice

When injustice prevails in the name of mob justice where a mob that is without any face is out to demean some people in society,it means we are slipping back towards stone age.The deplorable acts of certain people with an unclear thought and a negatively ruled mind that picks up their sword in order to "punish" some people who allegedly ate beef or carrying trucks full of bovines then something is definitely very wrong within us.

It provokes me to write down against those illogical theories of evilness that are being advocated by some other people in authority.We are digitally and resource based strong enough to beat sinister motives of others while mishandling our own people with barbarism.What kind of justice is being delivered when poor people are banned from eating in restaurants with sophisticated people or where does the boundary wall lies between a dalit and an upper caste from getting drinking water from the same well.

We call ourselves civilized because we wear suit boot,Swiss watch,carry smart phones and promise instant benefits to people without properly defining the source and limitations.We are definitely too sensitive when some body criticizes our performance in international sporting event but we never learn from their constructive criticism and apply those to improve our future results.We have proven ourselves as laughing stock in many countries yet we try to pull down others at our level to fight with them.I am just surprised by too many audacious people in our society.

Sometimes when I go out and speak to common people like owner of small shops, juice corners, auto rickshaw or cab drivers about their views regarding our country and so called developments,I remain surprised by their amazing knowledge.And according to me,they have come to know that all political parties come and go with their share of country's wealth while the majority keeps suffering from poverty,disease,malnutrition,unemployment and socio-economic reasons remaining unsolved.Still our people have not learnt how to manage their self-created justice system and in stead of applying them in a right place and time,they do in wrong places all along.

एक ख़त मेरे पाकिस्तानी भाइयों के नाम

मेरे पाकिस्तानी भाइयों और बहनों,आज से 69 साल पहले बिभाजन हुए थे,हम लोगों को अलग अलग वतन में बाँट दिया गया था मगर 1971 में बांग्लादेश भी अलग हुए थे फिर भी उनके साथ हमारा ताल्लुक़ात इतने बुरे नहीं है जितना आप लोगों के साथ है।ऐसा क्यों है?

उस समय कुछ नेतायों ने मिलकर हमे बंटा था,आज भी वही सिलसिला जारी है।पर यकीन मानिए ये जो रोज़ रोज़ कश्मीर को लेकर नौटंकी चल रहा है इसमें हम भारत की जनता का कोई लेना देना नहीं है।हमारे रक्षा मंत्री कहते है कि पाकिस्तान जाना और नर्क जाना एक बराबर और वही देश की प्रधान मंत्री बार बार पाकिस्तान जा कर आते हैं।हमारे पूर्व प्रधान मंत्री श्री वाजपेयी जी ने भी कोशिश की दोनों देशों में शांति लाने की।मगर क्यों की कुछ लोगों को खुज़ली करने की आदत है और ये आदत कभी सुधर ही नहीं सकता चाहे कितना ही उन्हें टोका जाए।दरअसल वो चाहते ही है कि हम लोग उनकी ये बातें लेकर उनकी आलोचना करे और इसीसे उन्हें ख़ुशी मिलती है।

गलत है।आलोचना नहीं,उनकी ये सोच।हम तो यही कहेंगे कि इन्हें नज़रअंदाज़ किया जाये।ठीक वैसे ही आप के पाकिस्तानी आर्मी के जनरल भी इसी अंदाज़ से बात करते है।क्यों क्या उन्हें हम जनता मुर्ख नज़र आते है?और मुझे ये भी विस्वास है कि पाकिस्तान में हम जैसे बहुत लोग है जो हमारी तरह शांति रखने में विस्वास रखते है।और अगर ऐसे ही कुछ आवादी इकठ्ठा हो जाये तो क्या किसी भी माय के लाल में इतना दम नहीं जो इस नेकी को तोड़ सके?

जब मैं जी टी रोड पर पाकिस्तान का बस देखा जिसे इंडियन मिलिट्री पोलिस बड़े अनुशासन के साथ ले जा रहे थे तो मेरे आँख भर आये।मुझे मालूम नहीं था उस बस में कौन लोग थे मगर जिस तरह भारतीय सेना ये काम कर रहे थे वो देखने लायक था।हम सारी दुनिया घूम सकते है;नेपाल,भूटान,बांग्लादेश,श्री लंका कहीं भी जा सकते है मगर पाकिस्तान नहीं जा सकते।हमारे गुरूजी कहते है वहां के लोग भी हम जैसे ही है और वहां भी भारत की तरह कई खुबसूरत जगह है।मलाला की क़िताब में उनकी Swat की कहानी से मुझे लगा की वो पाकिस्तान की नहीं,भारत की किसी पहाड़ी शहर की बात कर रही है।मुझे ये समझ में नहीं आता की हमारे नेता लोग ये कौन सी राजनीती खेल रहे है और ये लोग कब तक हमे यूँ ही मुर्ख समझते रहेंगे?

डिजिटल इंडिया,मेक इन इंडिया इन सब के आढ़ में,देश जा रहा है भांड में।मीडिया का गलत प्रभाव भी कुछ कम नहीं है।और कुछ लोग इसके सहारे कुछ भी करते जा रहे है।कुछ कलाकारों ने मिलकर एक अमन की कोशिश की थी जो ज्यादा देर टिंक न सका।जिस राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग की मैंने बात की वो ढाका से सुरु होकर आप ही के शहर पेशावर में ख़त्म होता है।हमारी फ़ौज भी ज़िन्दगी की बाज़ी लगाते हुए कभी थकते नहीं है।ये दोनों देशों की ही हित में है कि हम एक दूसरें से न लड़े और अपनी अपनी टुकड़ों से खुश रहे।

अगर मेरी ये संवाद आप में से किसी को भी मिलती है तो ज़रा कोशिश करना की आप के वज़ीर-ए-आज़म को जा कर समझाए।वैसेे तो मुझे यकीन है कि वो नहीं समझने वाले,फिर भी कोशिश करने में क्या बुराई है।क्यों की इतना तो पक्का है की बुराई का अंत सिर्फ बुराई से ही होता है।

Legal battles

Some body once said consider yourself fortunate if you don't get into a situation that needs police and judiciary to take you out of it.Because if you do,all it's machineries will grind you so horribly that even you are lucky enough to get yourself out of the mess,you will never be the same again.

It's true as in many cases,people asking for help from police or administration,are so badly treated that they can hardly recover from the trauma they face for seeking justice.People almost forget who they are by taking undue advantage of their nobility and leave no attempt to tarnish their image leaving the poor soul of no use.

Some day,a Punjabi woman told me at a nearby retail store that unlike me,she doesn't need to carry her own load.I ignored her and carried my load back home but I wish I would have told her that unlike me she might be carrying some other load.Sometimes I feel pity to those who are kind of rubbing people in a wrong way and I don't find any reason for an explanation for the reason is obvious to me.

Thinking Vs Knowing

People say what they think.It is rather their mind that comes out through their mouth.While,a knowledge produces thought that arises from deep in our heart.So when we say something serious,it should be based on knowledge and not by our mere thoughts.Thoughts change with time and perspective but knowledge only improves with time.When I say something,I just don't say it because of a sudden thought but I say it because I know it.Each time,this assertion makes us wiser and prevents us from being swayed.

Motherhood That Is Being Traded

With nanny and surrogacy culture,modern women have stepped out for liberating themselves from giving birth naturally to raising their young ones though some of the mothers I know are hard core professionals like engineers and lawyers yet managing their work and motherhood quite successfully.Though it's true that surrogate mothers can earn huge sum by bearing a child for some body else,but the truth is that some people have been so rich that they can afford to buy everything,from hiring a womb or a person to enjoy their parenthood.

It is needless to say that we have taken such ideas from the West still we have missed out many of their good ideas while picking up their trashes.If something doesn't happen naturally,it is not meant to be,and many women have accepted this fact.They therefore opt for adoption rather than surrogacy as the former not only gives them a chance of being a parent but also finds an orphan a home full of love if only they are able to accept it as a nobility.Because parenthood is a blessing if we can become a good one.

Books are truly our greatest discovery and our truest friend and a good book is an addiction.We read one chapter going to the next but still captured by the awe inspiring events of the previous one.It's a mystic journey for those who love being alone with nothing but an influential guide in the form of a good book.As I was always inspired by my grand father from whom I had received a miniature library of different topics,the best ones were traveling accounts of eminent people like Rahul Sankrityayan and Uma Prashad Mukherjee.This one by Heinrich Harrer is just like one of those.Such spiritual pursuits cannot be seen in current generation as we are too busy running after nothingness.

The Ultimate Sport

All sporting activities are essentially physical game and mountaineering is one of them.I call it ultimate because those who perform inhumane tasks by fighting all odds of environment to reach the summit are the one to be called heros.Our Indian Army becomes the first to reach Mt. Everest every year when its climbing season opens.ITBP too takes part in Everest climbing and if one closely follows the account of their epic journey,they are bound to salute these heros,not just for being on the top of the world but for having the acumen to endure all fatal bearings that they overcome.

Everest is not just a mountain but it's a pinnacle of success,a mesmerizing surprise to all those who has gone to conquer it.In their own words,Everest never forgives impatience,ignorance and arrogance.When mountaineers reach at its feet just before they start their onward journey,they are given a special 2 months training,to acclimatize themselves,because they are about to enter "death zone" for their summit bid.So many mountaineers have died on their way up,many on their way down but their names have been written in history of climbing Everest because they did push themselves beyond death to achieve their success.

When I read about our Prime Minister's plan of task force to train our Olympians for next time,I cannot stop thinking about our Indian Army and ITBP people because they are no less than miracles.I would like to request our " Pradhan Sevak" to lessen their burden with care,keep them engaged in bringing victory to their motherland,not by using them against baffled region but giving them opportunity by signing them into our next Olympic team and any other international sporting events that they can once again glorify our country.

आज़ादी के 69 साल

वैसे तो 60 साल में कोई भी इंसान senior citizen कहलाता है मगर इस "बुढ़िया" का अभी भी जन्मदिन मनाया जाता है,हर साल,बड़े शोर शराबे से।British से आज़ादी पाने के लिए न जाने कितने ही जाने गए,कितने थे उनमें से जो की ठीक से खिले भी नहीं थे,19,20,21।सब शहीद हुए थे।किस लिए ता की उनके आनेवाली पीढ़ियां आज़ादी से जिए,बिना लड़ाई के,बिना ज़बरदस्ती और ज़िल्लत के।विदेशियों से आज़ाद होने के बाद हमने अपने लिए नेता चुने और आज वो भी वही करने लगे जो विदेशी शाषण ने हमारे लोगों के साथ किया।वाह क्या नेता चुने हम ने।

कुछ है जो काम से ज्यादा भाषणबाजी करते है।कुछ अपनी क्षमता का गलत उपयोग और कुछ तो कुछ भी नहीं,बस काम के नाम पर आराम करते है।अभी भी इस देश में करने को बहुत कुछ रह गया।भारत मुल्क के पढ़ेलिखे लोग जहाँ भी जाते है वहां उनका सम्मान किया जाता है।वही इस देश के नेता,कहीं भी जाते तो भारत का नाम डुबाकर लौटते है।देश के हर कोने में उग्रवादी और आतंकी संगठनों ने जाल बिछाया हुआ है फिर भी किसी international खेल में हिस्सा लेने गए भारत के खिलाड़ी हमारे नाम मिट्टी में मिलाकर वापस आते है।ये तो सिर्फ कुछ झलकियां है।असली picture तो बहुत लंबी है।

PM अगर अपनी तुलना किसी चुनी हुई modern developed superpower देशों से करते है तो हंसी आती है।क्यों अपनी देश का cartoon बना रहे हो ता की जग हंसे।जितना है उसकी रक्षा कर लो तो काफ़ी है।पड़ोसी देश चीन और पाकिस्तान हम भारतवासियों को taken for granted समझते है।उन्हें लगता है कि अगर लड़ाई करके हमसे देश का ये कोना या वो कोना ले जायेंगे तो हमारी औकात नहीं है उससे लड़ने की और अपना हिस्सा वापस लेने की।सच में,हम नपुंसकों से भरे है।

एक तो देश के जवानों के पास arms और ammunitions की कमी है उपड़ से आये दिन अलग अलग जगहों पर हर लफड़ों से लड़ने उन्हें भेजा जाता है।क्या नेतायों के पास इतना भी समय नहीं ता की वो हर प्रदेश के लिए ऐसा plan बनाये की ये नौबत ही न आये?और opposition भी क्या चीज़ है।Public fund से चलनेवाली संसद को भी drama करने का stage बना रखा है।ऐसा चलता रहेगा तो कोहिनूर वापसी तो दूर की बात है,ये देश फिर से बिकेगी,विदेशियों के हाथ में और चूँकि सरकार के हाथ में सारा प्रबंधन होते हुए भी इतना सब कुछ देश की जनता के साथ हो रहा है,सिर्फ वही इनके लिए ज़िम्मेदार होंगे।

It's true that Nehru did the pioneering task of a volatile Kashmir but current government has crossed all limit and created a civil war like situation.The present scenario will not improve unless our government comes to a compromise and give them certain liberty.I know many are opposing this view but in a humanitarian point of view this is the only solution that can bring the present condition to a peaceful end.No religion or accountability is bigger than humanity.Forceful annexation will only keep it boiling under the carpet.

A Patriarch Society and Girls

India as we know is a country of women slavery,dowry deaths,infanticide and foeticide and lots of discrimination over thousands of years.Where boys are catered more than girls because they are thought to be flag bearer of a family or tradition.Thereby,many believe that boys will earn us more points than girls.With lot of advancement girls have outshined boys in a number of fields.But the highest mockery of those patronizing evils against girls or women overall is taking place in Rio Olympics where out of 118 or 119 only two girls with a third one missed by a few inches have just blown off those Mesopotamian theories.I always feel proud of girls or women who prove themselves more efficient than boys or men.

A leader should be just like a teacher because a leader intends to improve the conditions of people en mass and that's too not for their own benefit.When a politician calls himself a leader,s/he is a liar.

A salesman is out to sell his stuff and not improving other's lives but their own,company and personal profit.When a salesman starts calling himself a leader,that's the end of the road for his nation.

A spiritual leader can be called a good leader because what they do is to benefit other people and not himself.They influence others to live a good life and state how.That's what a real teacher is.That's why guru Ravi Shankar says "a leader should be spiritual and not religious."
